Cancellations are not accepted after the order is placed in our system and credit card authorization is approved. You must follow the standard return procedure once your order arrives. Due to strict health regulations, opened cartridges, cartomizers, disposables and E-Liquid cannot be returned for a refund. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund. Place the product in its original packaging with all items from the original order and a copy of your order receipt within 30 days of the date of the original shipment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We recommend that you return your product via traceable mail and do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. There is a 20 percent restocking fee for returned items that have been opened.

Full Warranty
All products, unless otherwise stated, are covered by a Full Warranty. Within thirty (30) days of delivery, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective under normal use. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our Platinum kit has a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner. All parts will be replaced if defective within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days a small shipping and handling charge will apply for replacement parts. Please call 1-401-405-0063 or email for replacement part arrangements.

Shipping Information
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. All items on back order or out of stock are marked as such on the website. Please check the website periodically for availability of products on back order or out of stock. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.
